Schedule Report

The Schedule Report provides a record of all scheduled follow-ups for a particular user. The loans are displayed on the report in the order in which they are presented for work.

Access to this report is controlled by Security Profiles.

Running the Report

To run the Schedule Report, navigate to the Reports tab on the Home Dashboard. Click to highlight Schedule and click Run Report.

The report is generated in a new window using the default settings. For this report, the default settings are all accounts for all users scheduled for follow-up today. This means that any account with a follow-up date in the past plus those with the current date are selected.

The default settings for the report can be changed however using the fields defined below.

Field Description
Follow-up Date From Select the start date of the range to include in the report. Click the NULL checkbox to generate report results regardless of dates.
Follow-up Date To Select the end date of the range to include in the report. Click the NULL checkbox to generate report results regardless of dates.
User

Select all users or specific users from the drop-down. Each User ID configured in the system is listed. If this report is generated for more than one user, accounts scheduled for follow-up by all selected users are displayed in their order of priority.

Some users may be restricted to selecting their own schedule, as determined by their Security Profile.

When finished changing the report settings, click View Report. The report regenerates with the new settings.

If desired, save, print, or export the report.

Report Fields

The following fields are displayed on the Schedule Report.

If two accounts have the same Priority List, Priority Order and Follow-up Date, the account with the highest Priority Amount is presented to be worked first. This value is set in the download.
